Books
I’ve written several books, two of which detail simple server setups for both QuickBooks and Peachtree. I’ve discovered from experience and active participation in user forums that there are two types of problems with both QuickBooks and Peachtree.
The first involves issues with accounting functionality and interpretation, an area that CPAs, Accountants, QuickBooks Pro Advisors and Peachtree Certified Consultants deal with quite effectively. I frequently require help of this nature because I know enough about accounting to be dangerous.
The second type of problem involves computer setup, software and hardware architecture, networking and operating systems related issues. I’m an expert in these areas and as such, decided to publish information to help both QuickBooks and Peachtree users find an optimal solution to most of these type 2 problems.
Isolating both QuickBooks and Peachtree automation components of the software and company files on dedicated servers solves most of the type 2 problems. My books reveal two very cost effective methods to get both QuickBooks and Peachtree on dedicated servers, in a do-it-your-self fashion, for a five user or less environment.
If you are a CPA, Accountant, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Peachtree Certified Consultant or a reviewer and publisher of small business information content, I would like to offer you no charge promotional copies of both books. My hope is that you see so much value in these books that you will review them, write about them and recommend them to your associates. Please contact me if you want a copy.
If you are after accounting information or need to solve a type 1 problem with QuickBooks or Peachtree, please contact a local QuickBooks Pro Advisor or Peachtree Certified Consultant.
